Technology company Alpha Omega has appointed David Walls, a seasoned federal finance leader, as chief financial officer.
In this capacity, Walls will oversee Alpha Omega’s finance organization, drive long-term growth strategy, strengthen performance management and advance disciplined execution as the company scales across priority missions within the federal government, the company said Wednesday.

Alpha Omega CEO Gautam Ijoor said Walls’s ability to deliver strong financial performance and guide organizations through periods of growth will support the company’s objectives.
“He brings the discipline and transparency we need to execute our strategy, integrate growth initiatives, expand partner relationships, and position Alpha Omega for the opportunities ahead,” added Ijoor, a previous Wash100 awardee.
Who Is David Walls?
Walls is a senior finance and corporate administration executive with over 20 years of experience in defense and federal contracting, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He brings operational discipline and private equity insight to the role.

Before Alpha Omega, he was a managing director – CFO Advisory at Maximus Partners. He previously served as CFO at Valkyrie Enterprises and McKean Defense Group.
He also held chief financial leadership roles at several companies, including American Hospital Services Group, Pennhurst Group and Procurian, according to his LinkedIn profile. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior manager – audit at PwC and vice president of finance at Campbell Soup.
