A joint venture that includes AECOM (NYSE: ACM) has won a potential five-year, $95M contract to architect and engineer general type facilities within Naval Facilities and Engineering Command's Europe Africa Central area of operations and other locations across the globe.
AECOM-Baker NAVFAC Atlantic A-E Design JV will receive $10K in initial contract funds at the time of award, the Department of Defense said Monday.
Work will include design-build solicitation, cost engineering, conceptual design, training, documentation, field studies, consultation, mapping, surveys, program management services.
The JV will also inspect construction sites, compute energy consumption and identify hazardous materials as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
NAVFAC Atlantic received six proposals for the IDIQ, which has a 60-month term that runs through April 2025.
