The U.S. Navy has awarded two-year contract modifications to five companies to provide command and control technology and experimentation support services.
The modifications on a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract cover C2 tech capabilities in the areas of science and technology research, systems engineering, design, architecture, development, integration, testing, quality assurance, configuration management, experimentation, implementation and support of C2 net-centric operations, discovery, information processing and presentation initiatives as they relate to military operations, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The vendors will compete for task orders and will perform work in San Diego through May 2025.
