The U.S. Air Force has selected 11 companies to compete for delivery orders to design, build or engineer facilities and infrastructure for the military branch under a potential five-year, $950 million contract.
The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron received 13 offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via a competitive acquisition process, the Defense Departmentsaid Tuesday.
DoD noted contractors will support the service branch’s design, construction, engineering projects using a range of technologies and methods.
Work is scheduled to run through Feb. 28, 2022, and project locations outside the U.S. will include remote, austere or high-risk contingency sites.
