ITC Federal has acquired Capgemini Government Solutions, or CGS, and established a new entity, called ITC Digital Solutions, to expand its digital modernization and national security capabilities.

How Does the Acquisition Expand ITC Federal’s Addressable Market?
The deal broadens ITC Federal’s reach across homeland security, defense and civilian mission customers, combining its national security delivery experience with CGS’ platform and data modernization work. Many of CGS’ federal customers, including components within the Department of Homeland Security, already work with ITC Federal, extending the combined company’s footprint at DHS and the Department of Justice while opening new customers across the Department of War and civilian agencies. CGS adds Salesforce and ServiceNow platform expertise, cloud modernization work and Databricks-based data engineering programs, along with a team of architects, developers and data scientists joining ITC Digital Solutions.
Greg Fitzgerald, CEO of ITC Federal and a 2026 Wash100 awardee, said the acquisition is centered on mission delivery.

ITC Digital Solutions is a U.S. public sector-facing operating division of Capgemini, formerly known as Capgemini Government Solutions.
Founded in 2002, the McLean, Virginia-based company serves U.S. government customers along with aerospace and defense firms, delivering data and AI, digital modernization and emerging technology solutions. Its core offerings include IT strategy, application transformation and methodology implementation for civilian, health, national security and defense agencies.
How Does the Acquisition Fit Into ITC Federal’s Broader Growth Trajectory?
The Capgemini Government Solutions deal comes just weeks after ITC Federal acquired Apriva ISS to expand its classified communications engineering and secure mobility portfolio for federal law enforcement, defense and intelligence customers. Where Apriva ISS added classified mobility and communications work tied to the FBI, the CGS deal brings Salesforce and ServiceNow platform expertise, cloud modernization, and enterprise data engineering into the fold.
That growth has been backed by a steadily expanding leadership bench in 2026, with Jeff Haberman joining to lead national security growth, Mike Hall taking over proposal strategy, Kimberly White heading up HR, and Jeff Walsh strengthening DOJ customer relations.
On the contracts side, the deal follows a run of vehicle wins, including a spot on the Missile Defense Agency’s SHIELD contract, inclusion in Treasury’s Financial Management Quality Service Management Office Marketplace, and a position on NASA’s SEWP VI vehicle, underpinned by its Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification 2.0 Level 2 certification.
