Ryan McKeon Named Guidehouse Chief Growth Officer

Guidehouse has named Ryan McKeon chief growth officer, putting him in charge of growth strategy, sales, marketing and commercial excellence across the firm.

McKeon moves up from global sales leader, the McLean, Virginia, professional services firm said Thursday. He succeeds Ed Meehan, who becomes financial services leader.

What Background Does Ryan McKeon Bring?

McKeon started his career as a software developer and has spent over 20 years leading modernization work for government and commercial organizations.

Speaking about his appointment, McKeon said the company’s focus is helping customer take full advantage of the accelerating pace of technology by “bringing people who deeply understand their operations and embedding AI into the work itself, enabling change at the scale and speed their missions demand.”

Who Else Did Guidehouse Appoint?

Meehan takes over financial services after serving as chief growth officer. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience in advisory, business growth and client service, and worked on the firm’s growth strategy and account development in his prior role.

Matthew Moosariparambil becomes banking, insurance and capital markets practice leader. A certified public accountant, he has led transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and risk and compliance work for banks, insurers, fintechs and private equity firms.

Scott McIntyre, CEO of Guidehouse and a 10-time Wash100 Award winner, said the appointments position the firm as clients navigate shifts in technology, regulation and competition.
