T2S Solutions has appointed Jeffrey Casperaites as chief financial officer and Dylan Rayburg as director of financial planning and analysis, the company announced on LinkedIn Thursday.
What Roles Will the New Executives Hold?
In his new role, Casperaites will draw on more than 30 years of executive financial leadership in the aerospace, defense and government contracting industries. Rayburg brings financial planning and analysis expertise to support the company’s continued growth and long-term strategy. T2S said the appointments will strengthen its financial organization as it expands operations and supports customer missions.
Who Is Jeffrey Casperaites?
Casperaites most recently served as CFO of King & George and previously held the interim executive vice president and CFO role at Astrion. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership positions at M1 Support Services, L-3 Communications, AECOM and DynCorp International.
The new T2S CFO has led finance organizations for public companies and private equity-backed businesses. His background includes strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, government compliance and financial operations.
Who Is Dylan Rayburg?
Rayburg joins T2S after serving as associate FP&A director at Collins Aerospace, where he oversaw FP&A responsibility for a multibillion-dollar strategic business unit.
Before Collins Aerospace, he was senior manager of FP&A at Blue Canyon Technologies, an RTX subsidiary that MDA Space has agreed to acquire. Rayburg also held a series of finance and FP&A roles at Raytheon. His experience includes forecasting, investment planning, financial performance management and long-range business planning for defense and aerospace programs.
The appointments come as T2S continues to grow its defense and intelligence business. In March, the company secured a five-year, $600 million cybersecurity support contract to develop and deploy next-generation cybersecurity capabilities for defense infrastructure. Earlier this year, T2S partnered with Axonis to provide federated artificial intelligence technology designed to enable secure AI deployment in highly constrained defense and intelligence environments.
