ITC Federal has named Kimberly White as vice president of human resources as the company continues expanding its national security, defense and law enforcement business operations.

What Will Kimberly White Oversee at ITC Federal?

In a LinkedIn post on Monday, the company said White will oversee human capital initiatives focused on workforce development, employee engagement, organizational culture and talent growth.

She will help lead HR strategies, advance programs for employees and strengthen the company’s “people-first” culture.

The appointment comes during a period of broader organizational growth for the Fairfax, Virginia-based contractor, which has recently expanded leadership across national security, business development and proposal operations.

How Does the Appointment Align With ITC Federal’s Growth Strategy?

Earlier this month, the company appointed Jeff Haberman as vice president of national security to help expand mission-focused technology efforts supporting defense and law enforcement customers.

In April, ITC Federal also named Mike Hall vice president of proposals to lead proposal strategy and competitive pursuit execution in federal markets.

The leadership additions follow several recent company milestones, including achieving Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification 2.0 Level 2 certification and securing a position on the Missile Defense Agency’s potential $151 billion Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense contract.
