In his new role, Raduege will lead the company’s newly established division, drawing on nearly three decades of U.S. Air Force service and deep expertise across cyber operations, communications and IT mission areas.
Who Is Chad Raduege?
Raduege is a seasoned IT and cyber executive who initially joined Elara Nova as a partner in November 2023, following his retirement from the U.S. Air Force. He also serves as president and CEO of The Raduege Group and as chairman and CEO of the Air Force Cyberspace and Air Traffic Control Association.
Raduege sits on the advisory boards of Folds Ventures and America’s Future Series and on the board of directors of AFCEA International. He is a member of the Spades Institute and previously served as executive director of the Oklahoma Cyber Innovation Institute at the University of Tulsa.
What Roles Did Raduege Serve in the Air Force?
In the Air Force, Raduege served as commander nine times, including various director roles at the U.S. European Command and Air Combat Command. He was also commander of the White House Communications Agency for over three years and the 690th Cyberspace Operations Group for nearly two years.
