Presidio Acquires Achieve One to Grow Cloud, IT Capabilities

Presidio, a global technology services provider, has acquired Virginia-based systems integrator and cloud services provider Achieve One to strengthen its cloud and IT capabilities in the Virginia and Washington, D.C., region.

The move is intended to expand Presidio’s presence among key enterprise and public sector clients while building regional density and broadening access to advanced cloud and digital transformation technologies, the company said Tuesday.

Through the acquisition, Presidio will integrate Achieve One’s expertise in IT infrastructure modernization and digital transformation through cloud, data center and digital services. Achieve One, recognized for guiding customers in the public, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare sectors through their modernization efforts, also brings certified partnerships with Dell Technologies, Pure Storage, VMware and Microsoft. Together, the companies will offer expanded cloud strategy, procurement and implementation services.
