NAVSUP Awards $10B WEXMAC TITUS Contract to Seven Firms

The Naval Supply Systems Command has selected seven companies for the $10 billion multiple award, firm-fixed-price Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract Territorial Integrity of the U.S., or WEXMAC TITUS, program.

WEXMAC TITUS Contract Scope

The Department of Defense said Tuesday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers the delivery of a wide range of supplies and services supporting joint operations across combatant commands, federal agencies and coalition partners in setting up, sustaining and managing operational theaters during various military phases. These key phases of military operational support include:

  • Theater opening: Includes reception, staging, onward movement and integration.
  • Sustainment: Providing ongoing logistical and life support.
  • Theater distribution: Managing the movement of personnel and supplies within the theater.
  • Stability operations: Aimed at maintaining or restoring order.
  • Defense support of civil authorities: Involves aiding civilian agencies during emergencies or disasters.
  • Contingency and exercise support: Covers humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, lodging, and both water-based and land-based logistics services.

Selected Contractors & Other Contract Details

The seven selected businesses include:

  • Anovaeon
  • Guardian 6 Solutions
  • KDP Global Enterprises
  • ResponseForce1
  • SGK Global Services
  • Worldwide Employee Housing Solutions

The seven contracts will run concurrently, with a base period beginning in October 2025 and ending in December 2029 and a five-year extension option extending the performance period through December 2034. If all options are exercised, the contract could reach $20 billion.

NAVSUP will obligate a minimum of $3,500, with each contractor receiving $500. The initial amount will come from fiscal year 2026 operations and maintenance funds. Additional funding will be provided per task order.

The requirement was competitively awarded, with 109 offers received and 103 deemed compliant, including 66 new and 37 incumbent offerors.
