Trive Capital said Wednesday the move positions Vitesse as a leading provider of multi-band antenna solutions, which are vital for enhancing communication and interoperability for warfighters.
David Stinnett, partner at Trive Capital, said the acquisition complements Vitesse’s space and airborne assets, enabling the company to deliver enhanced battlefield connectivity to warfighters.
“Our ability to close the RF link across the entire battlespace is our key differentiator and this acquisition solidifies that position,” stated Stinnett.
Expanding Ground Antenna Technology
Spacetime Engineering, founded in 2013, is known for its advanced antenna feeds designed for ground-based satellite and gateway antennas that can operate across a wide range of frequencies. Its antenna feed systems enable high-speed data downloads and transmission across diverse orbital paths.
