Precise Systems Closes Acquisition of Mission Focused Systems

Precise Systems, a company that delivers innovative offerings to the Department of Defense, has acquired Mission Focused Systems.

Enhancing Technical Capabilities

Precise Systems said Tuesday the acquisition of the Royersford, Pennsylvania-headquartered MFS is meant to reinforce its dedication to empowering the warfighter with mission-critical capabilities. The move expands Precise Systems’ portfolio in advanced engineering, digital transformation, interactive training and simulation, and platform lifecycle support by integrating MFS’s expertise in agile systems engineering, research, experimentation, and prototyping services. The acquisition also boosts Precise Systems’ capabilities in program management and training support across space, C4ISR, enterprise information systems and system-of-systems. Under the agreement, MFS personnel will transition into the Precise Systems workforce.
