The contract supports the program’s objective of delivering TRICARE services to eligible beneficiaries in locations outside the U.S. Work started on Sept. 1 and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2026. Funding was issued from fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
