Red River Appoints David Raffetto as Technology Solutions SVP, GM

Red River has appointed David Raffetto as senior vice president and general manager of its technology solutions division, a move aimed at accelerating the company’s growth in federal and commercial technology markets.

In his new role, Raffetto will lead sales teams, direct go-to-market strategy, drive growth across diverse markets and strengthen mission-focused partnerships.

David Raffetto’s Career Highlights

Raffetto brings more than 16 years of experience from Cisco Systems, where he held a series of leadership roles supporting public and private sector clients. Most recently, he served as director of sales for Cisco’s Department of Defense operation, managing a team of more than 80 professionals and partners supporting the Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, the Department of the Navy, the U.S. Coast Guard and the Defense Health Agency. He previously led regional teams for the Air Force and Space Force, as well as Pacific Rim accounts spanning defense, state and local, and commercial sectors.

A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Raffetto is active in the federal community as a board member of the AFCEA DC Chapter and a mentor in the Federal Aspiring Leaders organization. According to Red River, the new SVP has a proven record of driving transformation, spearheading go-to-market strategies and delivering measurable results in both mature and emerging technology markets.
