The Department of Defense said Friday the clean and approved tanker must be able to carry at least 280,000 barrels of clean product, such as F76, JP5, JP8 or JA1. The tanker is also required to facilitate natural segregation of these products within designated cargo tanks equipped with double valve isolation.
