Meera Kanhouwa Joins Booz Allen as SVP, Chief Clinical Innovation Officer

Booz Allen Hamilton has appointed Meera Kanhouwa, a digital transformation executive, as senior vice president and chief clinical innovation officer.

In a LinkedIn post published Friday, Kanhouwa said she is honored to join Booz Allen to support its mission and serve federal healthcare customers.

Meera Kanhouwa’s Career Background

According to her profile on the professional networking platform, Kanhouwa brings to Booz Allen a deep background in healthcare and life sciences with a focus on overseeing digital and cloud transformation initiatives.

Before Booz Allen, she was a global healthcare and life sciences industry leader and managing director at tech consulting firm Slalom.

The emergency medicine physician also held leadership positions at Amazon Web Services, Ernst & Young’s global consulting services business, Deloitte and Accenture.

She previously served as VP and chief medical information officer at Quest Diagnostics subsidiary MedPlus and as senior physician executive for health solutions group at Microsoft.
