National security platforms provider VTG has acquired Triaplex to broaden its cyber warfare and signals intelligence capabilities.
Chantilly, Virginia-based VTG said Wednesday the deal marks its fourth acquisition since receiving a majority investment from private equity firm A&M Capital.
In February, VTG purchased Loki Solutions to expand its portfolio of platforms and services for the U.S. Intelligence Community and government agency customers.
Expanding Intelligence Community Footprint
VTG expects the transaction to expand its presence within the Intelligence Community with the addition of new clients in the National Capital Region.
John Hassoun, president and CEO of VTG, welcomed the addition of Triaplex and its team of specialized engineers and deep domain experts to the company.
“Acquiring Triaplex enables VTG to tackle emerging national security challenges and highlights our continued investments in the advanced technical capabilities and expertise the Intelligence Community needs most,” added Hassoun.
