National security platforms provider VTG has acquired Loki Solutions for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its portfolio of platforms and services for the U.S. Intelligence Community and government agency customers.
Chantilly, Virginia-based VTG said Tuesday the transaction marks its third acquisition since securing a majority investment from private equity firm A&M Capital.
“This acquisition significantly accelerates our expansion strategy within the Intelligence Community, enhances our operational capabilities, and adds strategic customers, missions, and contracts to our IC portfolio,” said John Hassoun, president and CEO of VTG.
“Over 35% of our business now comprises an impressive array of IC solutions and services which support some of the most critical national security programs in the nation,” added Hassoun.
What Does Loki Solutions Do?
Founded by Bryan Lewis in 2020, Loki Solutions offers specialized systems and services to intelligence and government customers in support of their missions. The Los Angeles-based company’s services include IT support, data management and analytics and information security.
