Ridgeline International Completes System High Acquisition

Ridgeline International has completed its acquisition of System High Corporation, a company offering global protection and security engineering services.

The data privacy and secure infrastructure services provider said System High will function as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ridgeline. Both companies fall under the portfolio of Enlightenment Capital.

Enhancing Ridgeline’s Services Portfolio

The acquisition is intended to strengthen Ridgeline’s advanced digital security and managed attribution offerings by integrating System High’s comprehensive protection and strategic advisory services. This enables both companies to provide physical, cyber and data security services to counter evolving challenges and threats faced by clients from the government, defense, intelligence, national security and commercial sectors. The acquisition is also meant to enhance operations and services through expanded resources and collaborative innovation.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Ridgeline CEO Erik Wittreich will spearhead the next stage of expansion and innovation, while Sarah Lord, president of System High, will continue to lead the new subsidiary. In addition, System High will keep its brand identity while operating as a Ridgeline subsidiary.
