The company said Monday Ambrose has more than 35 years of experience working in the public and private sectors, including at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NASA, Woolpert and General Dynamics Information Technology.

As chief scientist, Ambrose will support Alpha Omega’s federal agency customers in achieving their missions, from safeguarding natural resources and reducing disaster impact to advancing weather and climate resilience.
Ambrose has a Bachelor of Science in General Physical Sciences from the University of Maryland and pursued graduate studies in geography and climatology.
