The Department of Defense said the firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract comes with five one-year ordering periods with a potential value of $226.4 million.
The project is set to be completed in November 2029 if all ordering periods are executed. It will be conducted in Bradford, Vermont where MVP Robotics is based. Other work will be performed on Marine Corps installations across the U.S. and outside the continental U.S.
The Marine Corps System Command in Quantico, Virginia is the contracting activity. It will allocate $975,763 from the U.S. Marine Corps’ fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds at the time of award. The initial fund will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
