The U.S. Air Force has awarded five companies positions on a potential 10-year, $751 million contract for depot maintenance support services.
The Department of Defense said Wednesday the Air Force Sustainment Center launched a competitive acquisition process for the Depot Onsite Contract Augmentee Teams Fifth Generation program, also called DOCAT 5, and received 22 offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

Bionetics
Kay and Associates
SkyQuest Aviation
Strategic Technology Institute
Tyonek Technical Services
Work will occur at several Air Force bases in Arizona, California, Montahan, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, Wyoming and Utah through Nov. 19, 2034.
The service branch will obligate $2,500 in fiscal 2025 consolidated sustainment activity group-maintenance funds to all awardees.
What is DOCAT 5?
DOCAT 5 is a total small business set-aside program that seeks to provide personnel that could perform depot-level maintenance tasks at several USAF bases.
The IDIQ contract has a base term of five years, a three-year optional period and another two-year option term.
Services to be provided under the contract include maintenance, modification, inspection, overhaul, corrosion control, repair and storage of aerial weapon systems and related components, vehicles, ground support equipment, missiles and engines.
A solicitation for the requirement was issued in January.
