GovCon industry veterans Ron Fehlen and Jeff Schrader announced in separate LinkedIn posts that they have assumed new vice president roles within Lockheed Martin’s (NYSE: LMT) space business.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Fehlen was VP and general manager of the assured mission networks division within L3Harris Technologies’ (NYSE: LHX) broadband communications systems sector before he joined Lockheed.
He also worked at Raytheon Technologies, now known as RTX (NYSE: RTX), as executive director of ISR and communications within the intelligence and space business.
Fehlen is a nearly three-decade U.S. Air Force veteran. His military career included time as deputy director of the advanced space capabilities directorate within the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, division chief and program manager for technology integration.
Schrader, according to his profile on the professional networking platform, most recently served as VP of global situational awareness at Lockheed’s space business.
He is a business development executive who held senior leadership roles at SEAKR Engineering, Blue Canyon Technologies, Raytheon Intelligence and Space, General Dynamics Mission Systems, ManTech and Guardtime Federal.
Schrader also served within the Department of Defense. He held the positions of business transformation manager within the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, Management, and chief financial officer for the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office.
