Joanna Tepper, formerly vice president of business development and capture at TechFlow, has been appointed VP of capture excellence at Tsymmetry, an Arlington, Virginia-based provider of information technology services to the federal government.
She brings to the role more than two decades of industry experience in corporate capture strategy, business development and proposal management, Tsymmetry said in a LinkedIn post published Friday.
Before joining TechFlow, Tepper spent 12 years at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), taking on roles of increasing responsibility such as VP of operations and integration for the Capture Operations and Excellence Center and director of the Corporate Proposal Center.
At Leidos, Tepper oversaw a team of over 200 proposal and capture professionals dedicated to supporting the company’s entire business development life cycle process.
