The U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems has released a draft solicitation for a potential 10-year, $267 million multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to develop and sustain a cloud-based talent acquisition platform.
Army PEO EIS is seeking industry feedback to inform the acquisition strategy for the development, configuration and operation of the Accessions Information Environment, a Salesforce-based tool used by Army recruiters to enlist soldiers, according to a notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.
Task areas include agile program management; Salesforce solution design, configuration, development and test; DevSecOps; architecture; training material development; and production operations transition.
AIE is designed to modernize the accessions and recruiting business processes across the Army by replacing 11 legacy Army systems.
The contract will have a five-year base period with five option years.
Interested parties have until May 17 to respond to the draft request for proposals.
