He most recently served as CFO at CAE‘s defense and security business and oversaw the organization’s over 6,000 employees, Red River said Monday.
Red River CEO Brian Roach said Pugh’s experience serving the defense industrial base will bring benefits to the company’s team, customers and partnership community.
Pugh “brings a deep understanding of how to optimize business operations with strong cost structures, governance and services and solutions road mapping that leads to long-term, sustainable growth,” added Roach.
Pugh served as treasurer at CAE USA. His industry career included time serving in financial leadership roles at L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX), KPMG and Arthur Andersen.
He sits on the advisory board of the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.
