In this capacity, Wilmer will bring his cybersecurity leadership experience to drive SIXGEN’s growth initiatives and expand the delivery of cyber and tech capabilities to U.S. defense and intelligence communities, the company said Tuesday.

Wilmer most recently served as chief executive of Core4ce.
His government career included time as deputy chief information officer for cybersecurity and chief information security officer at the Department of Defense and principal assistant director for national security and international affairs at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
