Kevin Randolph, an associate at Blue Delta Capital Partners, has taken on the role of principal at the Tysons, Virginia-based growth-stage venture capital firm focused on the U.S. federal government market.
He announced his promotion in a LinkedIn post published in late February.
Randolph has been with Blue Delta since 2019. As an associate, he assisted portfolio companies with their growth initiatives through organic and tuck-in acquisitions and played a key role in performing due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Prior to Blue Delta, he was a member of the corporate development team at Maximus (NYSE: MMS), where he supported acquisitions, strategic investments and divestitures across segments and geographic markets. He also held financial planning and analysis positions at the government services contractor.
