Rob Lalumondier Named Sophos Americas Enterprise & Public Sector VP

Rob Lalumondier, a more than 20-year federal sales executive, has taken on the role of vice president for the Americas enterprise and public sector at cybersecurity company Sophos.

He announced the move in a LinkedIn post published Monday.

Lalumondier most recently served as VP of federal business at Sophos, where he leveraged his cybersecurity experience in support of federal government customers.

The former U.S. Army captain previously served as executive director of federal civilian and intelligence business unit at McAfee and director of defense and intelligence at Intel (Nasdaq: INTC).

The Sophos executive holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University, where he was a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow.
