Sol Horwitz, a more than three-decade finance operations and accounting professional, has joined Catonsville, Maryland-based information technology services contractor RELI Group as chief financial officer.
He brings to the role his expertise in federal government contracting and pricing and decades of experience in business development and operations and staff management, the company announced.
“[Horwitz’s] profound understanding of financial intricacies resonates with the core operations of RELI Group, positioning him seamlessly within our team. We look forward to leveraging his expertise to advance our financial strategies and elevate the performance of our company,” said RELI Group CEO Swami Swaminathan.
Horwitz, a certified public accountant, most recently served as CFO at Insight Policy Research, an affiliate of Westat and a small business focused on federal government research.
His career included time as managing director of business development and pricing at IMPAQ International and director of finance and contracts at System Automation, according to his LinkedIn profile.
