He will be responsible for overseeing and growing the business development and capture teams at Brillient, leading revenue generation and driving comprehensive digital transformation in support of citizen experience.
Prior to joining Brillient, Cioffi was senior director of public sector for federal health and civilian at NTT Data Services. He led business development and capture activities across the federal health and civilian landscape at the company for over five years.
His career also includes time at IndraSoft as federal civiliian direcor, Tantus Technologies as business development VP and the former CNSI company as federal business development director.
In his new role, Cioffi will report to Brillient Chief Growth Officer Paul Kolebuck, who is responsible for corporate strategy and development, growth, business development as well as marketing and communications.
