The former U.S. Navy operations specialist most recently served as SVP of mission solutions growth and VP of business development and capture for the defense and intelligence sector at Parsons.
Before joining Parsons, Parys assumed program management and business development roles focused on unmanned systems and secure communications and platform communications programs at Cubic.
He also held roles of increasing responsibility during his 15-year career at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), including director of business development and capture for C5ISR and missile defense programs.
