Client Solution Architects‘ project operations division has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 under the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration framework for services following an assessment conducted by Assess-IT.
The company said Monday the CMMI Level 3 appraisal validates that its project, program and risk management operations comply with industry best practices.
Tim Spadafore, chief operating officer at CSA, commented that the milestone underscores the company’s “commitment to delivering high-quality services” to the federal government sector.
“As a CMMI Level 3 company, we have demonstrated our ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget while meeting the highest standards of quality,” Spadafore added.
The CMMI framework is an outcome-based performance model that provides guidance for streamlining organizations’ standards, procedures, tools and methods.
