MullenLowe U.S. has won a potential six-year, $454.6 million contract from the Defense Human Resources Activity to provide market research, joint advertising and related marketing communications services.
DHRA received seven offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and will use operations and maintenance funds to finance task orders to be issued under the contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Contract work includes brand planning, target market identification, creative content design and development, administration and implementation of national multimedia advertising campaigns and operation and maintenance of website properties.
Work on the IDIQ contract will occur at the vendor’s site in Boston through Sept. 27, 2029.
