The Herndon, Virginia-based company announced Abernathy’s appointment Wednesday on LinkedIn and said he brings to the role leadership, sales, marketing and business development experience.
In his new capacity, he will lead the company’s growth, delivery and client satisfaction efforts for federal IT programs and service offerings.
Abernathy previously served as director of client growth and strategy Ad Hoc and led efforts to continue the company’s support to the Department of Health and Human Services.
His federal market experience also included roles at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Companion Data Services, Dell, Genesys Telecommunications, Brivo Systems and Siemens.
