GRSi has appointed Billy Burnett as president of the information technology contractor’s national security programs business and named Kelly Baldwin as senior vice president and deputy of the unit.
Burnett returns to GRSi after he previously worked there from 2012 to 2020. The Bethesda, Maryland-based federal IT services provider was acquired byDLH Holdings (Nasdaq: DLHC) in December 2020 for approximately $185 million.
For the past two years, he was director of strategic growth at CommIT Enterprises.
Baldwin oversaw GRSi’s national security programs before transitioning to his new post. He and Burnett also led GRSi’s defense programs and Naval Information Warfare Center operations under separate tenures.
They announced their new roles Saturday on LinkedIn.
