Leigh Barnhill, a finance executive with nearly a decade of experience with General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and its information technology business, has joined Omni Federal to serve as chief financial officer and support the digital transformation firm’s growth efforts.
According to a LinkedIn post, Barnhill is a senior leader with extensive financial background in the commercial and government landscape, and has decades-long experience in finance management and business operations.
Barnhill worked as vice president of finance at General Dynamics for more than seven years before moving to GDIT to serve as its VP of finance and business operations, a role he held for over two years.
The executive was also a CFO at USfalcon, where he provided financial guidance and executive leadership, set policy and procedure in compliance with U.S. laws and regulations, managed financial activities and led M&A efforts.
Most recently, Barnhill was a finance VP at Bennett Aerospace.
