The companies said Tuesday in a joint statement that Scott Pfister, former president and chief operating officer of Precise Systems, has been appointed to succeed Tom Curtis as CEO.
Both Pfister and Curtis will additionally serve on the board of directors.
Established in 1990, Precise Systems offers support to the U.S. Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps in digital transformation, model-based systems engineering, information technology and acquisition and life cycle development areas.
“We have been extremely impressed by the team’s level of commitment to their customers’ missions and we are excited about the opportunity to expand the business and its capabilities through strategic M&A,” said Mike Ivey, a partner at Bluestone.
Chertoff Capital advised Precise Systems on the transaction.
