Dorros is a founding member of CoVant Management, where he also served as a senior vice president and helped spearhead the firm’s investment work in the government technology and services markets.
The Union College alum previously served as VP of corporate development at Anteon International, a systems integrator that General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) acquired in 2006 for approximately $2.1 billion cash.
Earlier in his career, Dorros was a managing director for N.Y.-headquartered investment banking company Bear, Stearns & Co.
Sagewind, which invests in companies serving the aerospace, defense and government services industries, also promoted financial sector veteran Jeremy Peterson to the role of senior associate.
