Finnegan has expertise in data science, data analytics and artificial intelligence and machine learning. She brings more than 20 years of health market background and has handled underlying technology platform development for data innovation for large organizations.
The executive served at HHS from 2005 to 2018, during which she led a team responsible for providing information technology and operational support to over 30 Capability Maturity Model Integration designs and initiatives.
The Loyola University Maryland alumna also served as director of business development at Red River Technology and director of data science and analytics services for Leidos (NYSE: LDOS).
