He will work with ARA’s leadership team in efforts to identify funding opportunities for major programs and help drive growth for its defense business in his new position, the employee-owned company said Wednesday.
As VP, Goodman was responsible for establishing and leading the company’s new government relations enterprise.
“Since that time, Will has exceeded expectations in establishing and leading a GR enterprise, and securing new congressional initiatives for ARA,” CEO Rob Sues noted.
Goodman previously served as VP of government affairs at investment firm MacAndrews and Forbes, VP at Novetta and policy lead at the National Defense Industrial Association.
Prior to joining the industry, Goodman served in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and worked as a senior defense adviser to a U.S. senator.
