These LOGCAP V contractors are Vectrus, which is being renamed V2X (NYSE: VVX) as a result of its all-stock merger with The Vertex Company; KBR (NYSE: KBR); Fluor (NYSE: FLR); and PAE-Parsons Global Logistics Services, a joint venture of PAE, which is now part of Amentum, and Parsons (NYSE: PSN).
The service has decided to transition APS COSIS task orders from the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise basic ordering agreement or EAGLE BOA to LOGCAP in response to changes in the operational environment as the Army shifts its focus to large-scale combat and multidomain operations.
KBR and Amentum are the incumbent contractors supporting APS COSIS task orders under EAGLE.
The Army said the action will not impact small businesses and other supply, transportation and maintenance support requirements sourced through the EAGLE BOA under the current acquisition strategy.
Army Contracting Command-Rock Island intends to begin soliciting proposals soon and expects to award APS COSIS task orders under LOGCAP in 2023.
