The Washington Headquarters Services plans to issue $420 million in modifications under a previously awarded $496 million small business set-aside contracting vehicle for support services to the Pentagon’s Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering.
In a special notice posted Thursday, WHS said the forthcoming modification awards will cover the remaining ordering period of the multiple-award contract and increase the maximum value from $496 million to $916 million.
The possible ceiling increase will not extend the performance period of the contract beyond the current Nov. 19, 2025 completion date, the agency noted.
