General Dynamics Land Systems will deliver the articles for the branch’s family of light armored vehicles, Abrams main battle tanks, Stryker family of vehicles, Buffalo and Cougar mine-resistant ambush protected vehicles and the RG-31 multi-role armored vehicle, the Department of Defense said Monday.
The Defense Logistics Agency issued the award to modify a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/definite-quantity contract with a five-year performance period and a four-year option.
Orders will be funded using Army working capital funds for fiscal year 2022 through fiscal 2027.
The ordering period is scheduled to end Sept. 28, 2029.
