In this role, she manages strategic growth initiatives, customer focus and corporate operations and oversees several programs, including Air University Leading Inclusively Virtual Experience, the General Services Administration’s Human Capital and Training Solutions, Training Systems Acquisition III and C-17 Aircrew Training System, C2 said Tuesday.
Prior to C2, Mitchell was with CAE USA, where she served as VP of services and led a team of over 1,200 educators, instructional system designers, engineers, aircrew, immersive learning specialists and cybersecurity professionals across several defense programs, including the C-130J Maintenance and Aircrew Training System and KC-135 Aircrew Training System programs.
She also led the integration of Alpha-Omega Change Engineering, which CAE USA acquired in 2018.
