The Washington, D.C.-based company said Thursday Southworth will succeed Jeff Chapman, who will transition to a new role as vice chairman of the company’s board of directors.
He joins the data analytics software provider with more than 20 years of industry experience, which included leadership of engagement and payment technology vendor Transflo as its president.
Southworth also worked for Verint Systems, Contact Solutions, Corning Incorporated and MobileAccess Networks.
Daum most recently served as CFO and chief operating officer at BlackSky. In this role, he led the company’s initial public offering at the New York Stock Exchange. He concurrently serves as a board member of workforce development company GP Strategies, according to his LinkedIn profile.
