In its most recent Executive Spotlight interview, ExecutiveBiz spoke with John Zangardi, CEO of Redhorse Corp. and a 2022 Wash100 Award recipient, to discuss his company goals in terms of growth strategy, new market opportunities and position by the end of 2022. He also talked about Redhorse’s organizational changes driven by the investment from Blue Delta Capital Partners and tackled company culture and federal agencies’ efforts to enhance cybersecurity ecosystems.
Here’s an excerpt from the interview with Zangardi detailing his focus areas as company CEO:
“I’m focused now on bringing on the right talent to build on the solid foundation that is Redhorse and strengthen our focus on growth. We’ve recently hired a new COO, Nancy St. Louis. She’s already making a significant difference in sharpening our business processes. I am thrilled to have her on the team.
We are also in the process of bringing on a [chief growth officer] to drive Redhorse growth and more clearly define our brand. I’m privileged to be leading Redhorse and excited that Redhorse is a part of Blue Delta Capital Partners portfolio of investments.”
