ExecutiveBiz featured Matthew Madalo, general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary at Siemens Government Technologies, in its most recent Executive Spotlight interview published Wednesday. He tackled how the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification and other compliance standards impact federal policy changes. Madalo also talked about his strategic goals for the coming year and SGT’s company culture and the core values that define them.
Here’s an excerpt from the interview with Madalo about what he hopes to accomplish within the year:
“For me, it’s all about building robust compliance systems and strengthening what we already have and ensuring we have very robust compliance tools that our people are well trained to utilize.
We’re focused on broadening our existing customer base and growing our business while also creating efficiencies where our compliance is part of the support structure that’s helping the business achieve its goals.”
