Former Gryphon CEO Pamela Braden Appointed AEI Operating Partner

Pamela Braden, a 35-year veteran of the defense and technology sectors, has been named an operating partner at private equity firm AE Industrial Partners.

She established and led Washington, D.C.-based engineering and technical services provider Gryphon Technologies, a former AEI portfolio company that ManTech (Nasdaq: MANT) acquired in December 2021.

During her more than 25-year career at Gryphon, Braden helped grow the company into a $300 million business with over 1,500 personnel who provided support to defense and national security customers.

ManTech paid $350 million for Gryphon as part of the company’s defense market expansion strategy.

Braden concurrently serves on the boards of directors of AEI portfolio companies Belcan, BigBear.ai and Pangiam.
